Sober 8 is a service of Chisago Shuttle LLC.

These Rider Terms apply to every ride booked with Sober 8, a service of Chisago Shuttle LLC (“we,” “us”). By booking or taking a ride, you agree to these terms.
Our responsibility for a rider begins at pickup and ends when the rider exits the vehicle at the requested drop-off location.
Riders are responsible for their own conduct, safety and belongings before pickup, during bar stops, and after drop-off.
On Bar Hop and holiday All-Night Pass rides, riders are on their own while inside a bar or venue. Each drop-off at a bar ends that leg of the ride.
Next Day Car Pickup is a ride to your vehicle only. You are responsible for being fit to drive it. We are not responsible for vehicles left at any location.
Drivers may refuse or end a ride for unsafe, violent or disruptive behavior.
A $100 cleaning fee applies if a rider soils the vehicle.
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you leave something behind, call or text us and we will try to help.
On our Peak Traffic nights, Blackout Wednesday (the night before Thanksgiving) and New Year’s Eve (including rides until 4 AM the next morning), our regular rates are replaced by the $50 per person Peak Traffic Pass.
Payment is by Venmo or Cash App to @chisagoshuttle. We don’t carry cash.
